ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Construction Director and Pre-Construction team to identify, pursue, and secure new projects/leads. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders, positioning the business for repeat work and long-term partnerships. This is a strategic, hands-on role with clear visibility to senior leadership and direct influence on the company's continued expansion.
DUTIES.
* New business generation and lead conversion
* Client relationship management and networking
* Tender strategy and bid management support
* Market and competitor analysis
* Preparation of capability statements and proposals
* Strategic account management and repeat business development
