Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to assist the Director in supporting schools to develop their financial management capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support schools in developing their financial management capability through effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including boards of directors and regulatory bodies.
* Manage and maintain financial systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to implement strategic projects that enhance the organization's financial performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrative Officer 7 or similar role with a strong background in finance and system management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
