Technical Support Professional
We are seeking a technical support professional to deliver administrative and hands-on support to owners, dealers, and service providers in the marine industry.
The role requires travel and hands-on work at times, including visits to marinas, service yards, and customer locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, coordinating repairs, and providing field feedback for process improvements.
* Regular travel to domestic and international locations is required.
* Hands-on technical support in the field and remotely is essential.
* Technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and coordination are key responsibilities.
* Attending vessel handovers and owner training sessions is also a requirement.
