- Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
- Commencing Monday 24th November

We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator who can support daily site operations through administrative tasks and safe, effective dispatch of orders. You will be required to work closely with site teams to enhance customer experience and act as the main admin contact for the location.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinating printing and organisation of sales orders
- Act as main point of contact for all incoming communication/contact (telephone, emails for Ops site)
- Organise all transport bookings and act as point of contact for transport (all relevant transport carriers)
- Responsibility for inbound containers including managing delivery, unloading (booking casual labour resource provider) return, receipting and printing stock labels
- Accurate manifest of previous day deliveries
- Assist the Regional Operations Manager with adhoc projects as required
- In conjunction with Operations supervisor, ensure Sentrient training is completed as required
- In conjunction with Team Leader ensure all pre-start checks on operational equipment are performed and report and any issues rectification
- To comply with the WH&S; policies and procedures of the company and any other legislation
- Compliance in reporting all hazards, injuries and/or incidents
- Accountability of identifying and reporting hazards in a timely manner through the Take 5 process
- Responsible for maintaining and ordering all site consumables (Loscam pallets, strap, wrap, cleaning equipment etc)
- Manage and update site operations shared drive
- Complete all client credits nationally and work with CST & finance to finalise
- Complete all RMAs nationally back into the system and communicate with all sites once stock arrives

Qualifications and Capabilities

- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Professional presentation
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast paced environment
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage high traffic email inbox
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Positive and personable
- Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
