About the Role
We are currently seeking to recruit a People Services Partner to join our dedicated team. We are flexible whether this role will be part time @ 4 days per week or Full Time but will report directly to the General Manager Clinical and People Services. A generalist HR role with responsibility across all operational people functions including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management and industrial relations.
You will have:
* Proven experience supporting leaders and employees, with strong project management capability and the confidence and empathy to navigate complex people matters.
* Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills — you know how to connect, influence, and build trust at every level of the organisation.
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Hands‑on experience in a similar HR role.
* A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* A big heart and a strengths‑based approach to people leadership.
Key Responsibiities:
* Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
Oversee performance management, learning and development, HR systems, payroll, rostering, and reporting.
* Manage employee relations, compliance, and risk.
* Promote engagement, wellbeing, and an inclusive workplace culture.
Deliver training programs and maintain WHS standards.
* Provide insights through HR analytics and strong stakeholder engagement.
