This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy swimming, love working with people, who want to teach the skills of swimming and the value of water safety.
The Role
The Learn To Swim Instructor provides swimming lessons to groups, schools, and individuals within swimming program guidelines in a safe, fun and educational environment in which students progressively learn to swim.
No qualifications required, we will put you through training
Skills & Attributes:
* Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
Essential Requirements
* National Police / Criminal History Check
* Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
Desirable Criteria
* First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Qualified Swim Teacher Certificate
