About the Role:
The Area Manager will oversee the overall store performance, driving sales growth through effective staff development and implementation of company goals. Responsibilities include:
* Leading by example and setting management expectations across the team
* Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to Team Members to achieve business objectives and succession planning
* Managing key financial metrics to drive profitable sales growth
* Regularly visiting stores to develop teams and ensure they meet performance standards for current and future growth
* Recruiting, onboarding, and training store management talent to build bench strength for expansion
* Driving consistency in business intelligence and customer experience standards
* Escalating and resolving issues at store level
New Store Openings:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the visual setup of new store openings and ensuring existing stores maintain their visual representation.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Area Management, preferably in a high-volume retail environment
* Previous experience in a fast-paced and similar retail industry
* Strong leadership skills to train, coach, and develop team members
* A proven track record of driving and exceeding KPIs while motivating teams to achieve set targets
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* An ability to manage competing priorities, tasks, and expectations
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail
