A visit to the Spa by JW is designed to enhance the well-being of our mindful and fulfilled guests. About the role: We are looking for exceptional Massage therapists on a casual basis with availability across the whole week who have passion for the Spa industry and are able to create immersive experiences for the guests by providing quality treatments including facials, massage and body treatments in a luxurious and tranquil environment. Critical responsibilities: - Provide consultation and skin analysis prior to treatments - Provide body and facial waxing/tinting services, facial treatments, manicures and pedicures and spa rituals - Suggests treatment plans for future re-bookings. - Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. - Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. - Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. - Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift - Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.
