About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Building Regulations Specialist to manage building permit applications, prepare documentation, and conduct site inspections.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies for managing building permits and compliance reporting
* Collaborate with senior surveyors to provide regulatory advice and certification services
* Analyze data and make informed decisions regarding project development and implementation
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure seamless project execution
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in building surveying roles
* Proven expertise in Class 2–9 projects, with in-depth knowledge of BCA/NCC and relevant legislation
* Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying (minimum Advanced Diploma)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
