Roles
We are seeking a Cadet Building Surveyor
Responsibilities:
Duties of the positions will include but are not limited to:
* General administration duties
* Reviewing plans for compliance with various planning instruments
* BCA Compliance Reviews and Reports
* Determining applications for building approval
* Undertaking supervised mandatory critical stage inspections
* Sending records of mandatory critical stage inspections
* Managing a portfolio of clients
The successful candidates:
