Key Responsibilities
* Hazardous Area Compliance Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of hazardous areas to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Electrical System Upgrades: Design and implement upgrades to electrical systems to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
* Protection Assessments: Conduct assessments of electrical protection systems to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Capital Projects: Work on capital projects such as PCS server upgrades, coal unloading system improvements, and I/O enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Legacy Systems Modernisation: Participate in the modernisation of legacy systems to strengthen electrical reliability through collaborative efforts with engineers and stakeholders.
About You
* A recent graduate or near-completion Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree holder eager to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
* A passion for complex infrastructure projects and hands-on problem-solving, combined with strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
* An ability to collaborate across disciplines and work on high-impact initiatives, coupled with eagerness to develop expertise in compliance, systems modernisation, and protection systems.
* A proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and motivation to grow into a future leader, with willingness to relocate for site rotations.
