We are seeking a passionate and highly organised individual to join a team as a Receptionist and Registration Clerk.
The ideal candidate will have experience with VicRoads, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting customers and visitors in a qualified and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Process new vehicle registrations, renewals, and transfers accurately and in a timely manner
Handle registration-related tasks, including issuing number plates, processing de-registrations and updating vehicle details
Verify and process all required documentation, such as proof of identity, roadworthy certificates and vehicle ownership papers
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update customer and vehicle records in the VicRoads database with a high degree of accuracy
Manage and organise physical and digital files and documents
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including privacy and data security protocols
Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the wider team
