Radiation Therapist Level 2 - Darwin
NT Radiation Oncology (NTRO) is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join their team at the Alan Walker Cancer Care Centre.
NTRO provides a radiation oncology service to people from all across the Northern Territory and is experienced in the delivery of VMAT, DIBH, SABR and SRS treatments.
The level 2 position is suitable for radiation therapists with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, with good inter-personal and organisational skills and a keen interest in improving cancer care for regional and remote Australians.
The role is equally shared between planning and treatment so experience in both of these areas is required. Experience with Elekta linacs and Monaco TPS is desirable, however not essential.
The successful applicant will be well supported by the multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, timely and culturally appropriate care for Northern Territory patients.
Terms of Employment
Job contract with NTRO is in accordance to the conditions of the Fair Work Act 2009.
A competitive remuneration will be offered, determined by experience, as well as relocation expenses.
Essential Minimum Requirements
Must have General Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen.
