* Hold a degree or advanced diploma in a recognized laboratory qualification
* Have general lab experience with skills in sample collection, data entry, and diagnostic testing
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Meet working with children check (WWCC), national police clearance (NPC) requirements and subject to immunization requirements
