This is your chance to utilise your experience and influence creative direction through your product lines while instilling your knowledge and guidance to the rest of the team.Reporting to the Head of Product, working alongside a team of talented designers and collaborating directly with the Owner & Managing Director, this is a key creative and technical role to innovate the future of DISSH.Here's your chance!Deliver on effective and comprehensive seasonal trend identification and researchCommunicate concept design direction through research, illustration and sketchingDesign and concept on brand styles within specified price and time parametersLead communication to wider business on seasonal design directionConsistently create and deliver on brand concepts and designsProduce design submissions that are on time and in line with critical pathNote this position requires relocation to Queensland. A relocation package is available for our suitable candidate.On your first day, we expect you already have:Prior experience of 4+ years in a fashion Design role (ideally at a Senior/management capacity)An understanding and connection to the DISSH aesthetic and brand directionA proven background of producing quality technical CAD & hand sketch designs in a timely mannerTertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant fieldIntermediate skills in Microsoft productsA creative and collaborative approach to designOkay, I'm in!Submit your application including your resume and cover letter today.
