Infrastructure Project Coordination Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and organised professional to manage our Infrastructure team's projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, civil construction, and building maintenance, as well as strong analytical skills to oversee budgets and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Coordinate and manage the delivery of infrastructure and building projects from planning through to completion.
* Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and annual works programs for roads, drainage, parks, reserves, and municipal buildings.
* Engage and manage contractors to deliver capital works and maintenance projects efficiently.
* Monitor project progress, track budgets, and verify compliance with safety protocols.
* Develop detailed reports and project plans to support decision-making.
