Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage our financial operations, ensuring compliance and handling essential accounting and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
* Full-cycle accounting, including general ledger management and journal entries
* Accounts payable and receivable processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments
* Bank reconciliations and cash management activities
* Expense tracking and recording financial transactions correctly
* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Responsibilities:
Accounting & Tax Compliance:
* Handle full-cycle accounting, including general ledger management and journal entries.
* Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Maintain bank reconciliations and oversee cash management activities.
* Manage expense tracking and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local tax regulations.
* Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, VAT, corporate tax).
Administrative & Operational Support:
* Maintain financial documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Assist with invoice generation and follow-ups for accounts receivable.
* Support payroll processing by coordinating payroll data and ensuring tax compliance.
* Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring accurate payment processing.
Financial Planning And Strategy:
* Support financial budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Assist in cash flow analysis and liquidity management.
* Provide insights on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Controlling & Cost Management (Developing Role):
* Assist in developing cost control measures and financial transparency initiatives.
* Support in conducting variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.
* Participate in process automation and system optimization for efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
