We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager / Care Home Manager to lead a stable residential aged care service. This is a senior aged care leadership role where you will oversee clinical governance, operational performance, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act 2024. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while leading a multidisciplinary team and maintaining strong financial and operational outcomes.
