Retail Assistant Manager - IGA at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. Role onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru.
We are seeking a self-motivated leader with strong conflict resolution skills and experience in a similar role to join our retail team. This role provides quality retail service in a efficient and friendly manner to ensure the highest guest satisfaction, while assisting the Retail Manager in achieving sales and average guest spend budgets.
Responsibilities
* Support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the site
* Oversee maintenance and upkeep of store ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness
* Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training and performance reviews
* Liaise with the Supervisor in the management of daily staff and running issues
* Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team members to follow
