Job Overview
The Handy Person will play a vital role in ensuring the hotel and its guests have a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
* Carrying out regular proactive preventative maintenance tasks as part of our Way of Preventative Maintenance program.
* Using digital systems to log work orders, track progress, and document completed tasks.
* Assisting with basic repairs and keeping fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment in top condition.
* Supporting safety and security procedures and upholding workplace health and safety standards.
