Experienced Civil Labourer – Subdivision Project | Bundaberg
We are seeking an experienced civil labourer for a 16-week subdivision project in Bundaberg, working across bulk earthworks and sand-based road construction.
This role suits someone hands-on with solid civil experience who can jump between labouring, roller operation, and HR truck work as required.
Key Duties:
* General civil labouring on a subdivision project
* Operating smooth drum roller
* HR truck driving as required onsite
* Assisting with bulk earthworks operations
* Working with sand materials and compaction
* Supporting operators and grade crews
* Site clean-up and general civil tasks
Requirements:
* Proven civil labouring experience
* Roller ticket
* HR Truck licence
* Experience working with sand-based materials
* Bulk earthworks experience
* White Card
* Reliable, fit, and safety focused
