We're looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to take charge of our key portfolio across South Australia.


Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-profile role in the medical industry, working with products that are respected and trusted in clinical settings. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing a large and diverse territory, building relationships with hospitals, aged care facilities, and health distributors, and identifying and converting high-value new business opportunities.

You'll work closely with internal teams to collaborate on product launches and clinical projects, and build lasting partnerships with decision-makers at all levels. If you have a proven track record of sales success in the medical or pharmaceutical industries, this could be the ideal role for you.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a large and diverse territory, ensuring strong customer relationships and continued growth.

* Identify and convert high-value new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of procurement processes in public and private healthcare.

* Educate stakeholders on product benefits, infection control outcomes, and usage best practices.

* Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and clinical projects.

* Build lasting partnerships with decision-makers at all levels.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A proven track record of sales success in the medical or pharmaceutical industries.

* Experience managing large, diverse territories, ideally in South Australia.

* Knowledge of procurement processes in public and private healthcare.

* A background in selling consumables or infection prevention is highly valued.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* The ability to present confidently to both clinical and commercial stakeholders.

* Solutions-oriented, strategic, and commercially savvy.

* Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work autonomously.
