We are a boutique architectural and property development studio working with high-end clients and known for innovative, intelligent design in the luxury space. Our work is considered, creative, and deeply personal and our studio culture reflects the same care.

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Client Manager who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is for someone who thrives at the heart of a studio; bringing structure, warmth, and momentum, while supporting a team united by a shared passion for thoughtful, beautifully executed work.

The Role


This is a hands-on, senior support role focused on practice operations, client communication, and brand support.

You will work closely with the Director and team, managing coordination and communication so the studio runs smoothly and clients feel well looked after.

Your Contribution


● You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries

● You will help ensure clients feel informed and supported

● You will bring structure and calm to the studio's daily operations

● You will support the engagement and growth of our online community through thoughtful communication & brand presence.

Your work will allow the Director and design team to focus on professional creative work.

Scope of the Role


Client Experience & Communication

● Acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries

● Gathering information and scheduling meetings with the Director

● Serving as a consistent point of contact for existing clients

● Coordinating client meetings, showroom visits, and appointments

● Ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional

Practice Operations

● Managing key team events, calendars, schedules, and studio logistics

● Supporting the Director with diary management and travel arrangements

● Handling day-to-day practice administration

● Liaising with suppliers and service providers

● Assisting with office-related coordination and upkeep

● Supporting office planning and infrastructure as the business grows

Brand, Community & Marketing Support

● Responding to comments, messages, and enquiries across social media platforms

● Supporting the development of an engaged online community through thoughtful interaction

● Assisting with content creation across marketing channels (social media, awards, website, presentations)

● Helping coordinate award submissions and curated brand material
