The Role:
This is not a typical CSM role. You’ll work on end-to-end residential lending, including self-employed clients, and provide critical support to senior brokers managing deal flow, credit quality, and lodgement readiness.
No business development pressure, you can focus on leveraging your lending and banking experience to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of residential lending files
* Preparation and review of self-employed lending documentation
* Assessing client documents and ensuring accurate packaging for lodgement
* Managing timelines, clause dates, and milestones
* Liaising with clients, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing
* Ensuring compliance and quality control across all submissions
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in:
* Banking (home lending, personal lending, or credit)
* Mortgage brokerage support / associate roles
* Credit analysis, loan processing, or related financial services
* Strong communicator with excellent client service skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files efficiently
* High-performance mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive, collaborative team
* A return-to-work candidate, experienced banker, or someone looking to re-enter finance is highly encouraged to apply
