Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the customer experience from beginning to end
* Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, experiences & insurance
* Build relationships with customers face-to-face and online
* Facilitate domestic & international travel bookings and payments between travellers & suppliers

Our Retail Store:
Our Geelong retail store is open 6 days a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-2pm. You'll work during these hours with the requirement to attend occasional out-of-office industry events.
