Senior Strategic Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth and development of strategic accounts across ANZ Medical Surgical (MS) and Neuroscience (NS) Enterprise Accounts business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success in the medical devices and healthcare sector.
* Grow and maintain commercial viability at a Private Hospital Buying Group level and individual Accounts within your nominated State(s) in accordance with agreed targets.
* Own the Hospital C-Suite relationship (CEO, CFO etc) and serve as the lead point of contact for all Portfolio-related matters in your region.
* Be the lead Senior Strategic Account Manager for the MS and NS portfolio for one or more National Private Buying Groups, and work as required as part of a pan-Medtronic team of Corporate Account Managers & Strategic Account Managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years in sales leadership or business leadership experience with proven successful sales track records.
* Minimum 3+ years of Corporate or Strategic Account Management experience with proven solid experience in Capital product sales in the medical devices or healthcare sector.
* Proven business acumen with the ability to negotiate complex contract terms and manage end-to-end agreements.
