Aquatic Supervisor Job Opportunity
Are you a motivated individual with experience in pool management and occupational health and safety? We are seeking an Aquatic Supervisor to join our team at HBF Stadium.
* Manage the daily operations of the aquatic centre facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
* Supervise Aquatic Service Officers (Lifeguards) and ensure their safety and well-being.
* Administer first aid and act as Chief Warden during emergency situations.

What You Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in pool management or duty management.
* Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
