Leadership Opportunity in Executive Housekeeping

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the housekeeping team on the stunning Gold Coast, Queensland.

This is a unique chance for a seasoned executive housekeeper to join our elite team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities will include leading your team, setting up key tasks, conducting team briefings, collaborating with leadership on quality metrics, managing administration, and ensuring excellent guest service.

* Lead high-performing housekeeping teams in ultra-luxury environments where every detail matters.
* Collaborate with hotel leaders to drive short-term and long-term quality initiatives.
* Ensure timely delivery of rooms for guest arrival and effective handover to the team at shift change.
* Develop relationships with colleagues and foster a safe work environment.
* Manage rostering, billing, and health & safety protocols effectively.
* Deliver exceptional results by prioritizing tasks and working efficiently.

* A strong appetite to build and sustain relationships within the team and across departments.
* Passion for achieving excellence in all aspects of housekeeping operations.
* Effective time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
* Determination to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all staff members.
* No-nonsense approach to compliance with regulations and policies.
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
* Experience as an Executive Housekeeper Manager in 6-star or high-end 5-star properties.
