Registered Nurse – Be Part of a High-Performing Surgical Services Team. An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Stradbroke Ward at Redland Hospital. In this permanent part-time role, you'll deliver safe, person-centred care, working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
As a Registered Nurse on Stradbroke Ward, you'll provide safe and compassionate clinical care across a diverse patient group, including general surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, medicine, and palliative care.
Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Acting as a role model for best practice in patient care and clinical leadership.
* Collaborating effectively with medical, allied health, and nursing colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintaining clinical documentation and proficient use of electronic medical records (EMR).
