The Role
Join us at Plenty Ranges Arts andConvention Centre (PRACC) as a Duty Manager, where you'll be at theheart of bringing events to life. In this role, you ensure ourvenue meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, andaesthetics. You'll manage everything from venue logistics to staffrosters, and act as the primary contact for both staff and customerissues, resolving them swiftly to ensure a stellar visitorexperience. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors,you play a crucial role in maintaining PRACC's status as a premiervenue. This role will be required to work a roster of shiftsthroughout the week, evenings and weekends depending on eventneeds.
About you
We're looking for a dynamic DutyManager with a passion for the arts and excellent organisationalskills. You are a proactive leader, adept in managing diverse teamsand capable of juggling multiple tasks seamlessly. Your experiencein venue management or event coordination has equipped you with theexpertise to handle the demands of event days with finesse.
