About the Role
* Health & Safety Excellence: Provide expert advice on WHS matters, develop policies, conduct site inspections, and champion a positive safety culture through targeted training.
* People Leadership: Support recruitment processes, develop position descriptions, maintain employee records, and provide guidance on HR/IR matters.
* Strategic Contribution: Review and develop company-wide policies, lead implementation of HR and health & safety projects, and monitor legislative changes.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
* Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent WHS qualification.
* Minimum 5 years of combined HR and EHS experience.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
