What you'll be doing
* Supporting young people with evidence-based mental health care
* Delivering assessments, care coordination, and interventions that matter
* Facilitating group sessions for young people and their families
* Creating individualised treatment plans that work

What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing or similar
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body
* Advanced clinical skills and a toolkit of treatment approaches
* Ability to connect with diverse clients and build real rapport
* Top-notch communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Confidence with tech – from report writing to client info systems
