2. Located in West Perth (right near the City West Train Station)
3. Salary- $53, - $55, + Superannuation
4. Operating hours are from 7am-7pm Monday – Friday so you can enjoy your weekends!

5. You will encourage, support and educate customers updating information through their self-service portals
6. Build strong and authentic connections with your customers, ensuring they are provided with the highest customer experience
7. Use critical thinking and a solution driven mindset to resolve customer enquiries
8. Provide assistance to vulnerable customers with an empathetic approach
9. Present the highest level of customer care
