Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product is made and assembled to the correct specification in a safely and timely manner. You are to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace for you and your team at all times. Perform your duties in accordance with company standards and policy. We are looking for long term committed and motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment and can also work independently
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS
- Assemble products accurately and timely to approved Company standards and specifications.
- Meet KPI's as set by your Team Leader or Manager.
- Follow instructions as per your team leader or Manager
- Ensure attention to detail by reading paperwork and assembling goods as per bill of materials on the production order
- Always maintain a safe and clean workplace. Clean as you go mindset.
- Perform other duties, 5S and special projects as assigned.
- Report any issues relating to occupational health and safety, or quality of product to your Team Leader or Manager immediately
- Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as instructed.
- Requested to work and cross train in other teams as the business requires. This includes and not limited to dispatch and receiving.
- Be available to work overtime if required to meet customer/business requirements. This includes afternoon shifts and occasional Saturdays.
