With multiple projects underway across procurement, finance and enterprise operations, this organisation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to guide stakeholders through upcoming process and system changes.
Your new role
You will work across three concurrent streams of work that are introducing new ways of working, updated operational processes and modern digital tools. Your focus will be on ensuring people across the organisation are informed, prepared and supported as these changes progress.This role will see you
* Lead change planning and delivery across assigned projects
* Develop core change artefacts including impact assessments, readiness assessments and communications
* Partner with project teams, business leaders and subject-matter experts
* Support training alignment and prepare transition materials for operational teams
* Provide clear, timely and targeted communications to diverse stakeholder groups
* Contribute to uplift of change capability and consistent change practices
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Change Manager across complex environments and technology transformations
* Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and change planning
* Confidence working across concurrent projects with varied business impacts
* Experience supporting system or process change within large or distributed organisations
