As a Corporate Affairs Manager (Advisory Business Partner), you will play a vital role in shaping the internal and external communications strategies for our firm, working with stakeholders across Advisory, Assurance, and Tax & Legal sectors, primarily within the Advisory Line of Service.
Location: Melbourne, Australia; Permanent; Full-time; Hybrid; Manager.
What you'll do
* Engage and advise business leaders on internal and external communications strategies, driving their creation and execution across Lines of Service.
* Develop executive communications and manage key comms channels, including leadership notes, digital media, videos, and intranet sites.
* Support and lead integrated communications programs, campaigns, and events, reporting on their impact and ensuring they meet stakeholder needs.
* Build networks and collaborate with key stakeholders across Lines of Service, staying informed on relevant social, political, and regulatory developments.
* Champion Corporate Affairs team initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving impactful communications strategies.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in internal and external communications, corporate affairs, PR, or marketing within a fast-paced environment, backed by a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Robust project management skills, capable of handling complex initiatives and driving them to successful completion.
* High energy and adaptability, ready to tackle new challenges, quickly developing relationships, and influencing key stakeholders.
* Collaborative and curious, eager to support colleagues, share knowledge, and constructively challenge ideas.
