Hrishi Digital Solutions is recruiting Senior Business Analysts to join our government client's Digital Project Services (DPS) team. You'll deliver sophisticated business analysis across multiple high-value, complex digital transformation initiatives for core frontline services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs
• Provide comprehensive requirements support and clarification across full project development and implementation cycles
• Undertake and support testing activities including preparing and executing test plans and cases
• Apply business analysis techniques and tools to document requirements, objectives, outcomes, processes, procedures, and workflows
• Deliver project documentation aligned with DPS frameworks on time and to quality standards
• Support Project Managers and Directors in executing project approach and plans
• Manage sensitive information in line with information management and record-keeping policies
• Identify and analyse complex legislative and regulatory requirements applicable to relevant industry environments

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
============================================================
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Minimum 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, and information modelling
• Experience applying industry standard techniques in complex business environments
• Demonstrated ability to map business requirements and processes to product functionality while identifying gaps and opportunities
• Holistic, human-centred approach to digital product design
• End-to-end delivery experience on major business systems projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, and Figma (or quick ability to acquire)
• Experience managing information requirements aligned with approved record-keeping and information management policies
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to think laterally and conceptually
• Highly effective client liaison, change management, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated collaborative work experience with high-performing teams delivering under tight timeframes
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard experience
• Prior experience working in a government environment
• Experience identifying and analysing complex legislative and regulatory requirements
