Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer located in Subiaco, Western Australia. The lawyer will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, liaising with clients, and representing them in court or negotiations. Key responsibilities will relate to the firm's main practice areas, including (international) commercial law. The role requires close collaboration with international clients and a global network of experts.
Qualifications
Proficient knowledge and experience in (international) commercial law
Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents and conducting comprehensive legal research
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individual clients, corporate clients, and international stakeholders
Proficiency in negotiation, litigation, and conflict resolution techniques
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
Admission to practice law in Western Australia is required
Understanding of cross-border legal frameworks and international commercial law
A Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent legal degree, with relevant post-admission experience
