The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evidence-based assessments, clinical management, and interventions for individuals with cognitive, physical, or psychosocial disabilities. Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to deliver personalized support plans. Responsibilities include attending NDIS and non-NDIS planning meetings, managing participant caseloads in natural settings, and recommending interventions to enhance functional abilities. Your focus will be on improving clients' daily living experiences and overall well-being.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA Registration
* Effective communication skills and ability to work autonomously
* Valid certifications including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR
