Claims Management Professional
This role is varied and can include lodging and managing claims, liaising with stakeholders, colleagues, and contractors.
* Support customers in a time of need with empathy and kindness.
* Claims receipt and assessment.
* Proactively manage claims delivering quality customer service.
* Engage in telephone communications throughout the day and assist in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Prepare and submit Restoration Reports & Quotations.
* Assist Restoration Technicians in the administrative space.
* Accurately and efficiently identify what actions are required next and who to involve at all times.
* Interact professionally with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
* Be considerate of others' needs at all times.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to build capability within yourself and your team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Insureds, Insurers, colleagues, and contractors.
* Manage claims, including lodgment, assessment, and triaging.
* Deliver quality customer service through proactive claim management.
* Engage in communication with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Prepare reports and quotations for restoration services.
* Support Restoration Technicians in administrative tasks.
* Accurately identify and implement necessary actions for claim resolution.
* Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and capabilities.
