About You
* RN or EN with current AHPRA registration
* Experience in general practice is valued, but not essential
* Competency in IV cannulation (highly regarded)
* A strong interest in chronic disease management and preventive medicine
* Warm, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
* Reliable, adaptable, and happy to work across different sites
Your Role
* Support GPs with procedures and clinical care
* Deliver chronic disease management and care plans
* Conduct health assessments and preventative care
* Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and IV cannulation
* Build strong relationships with patients and the care team
