We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of chemical product distribution.
About the Role
This role involves managing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while meeting regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Plan and Schedule: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule chemical product distribution based on customer demand and availability.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, manage order processing, dispatches and invoices efficiently.
* Logistics Support: Assist with import/export logistics, liaise with transport providers and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for each despatch, ensuring all relevant details are completed.
* Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of transport providers to ensure they comply with regulations and site restrictions.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
* On-Call Support: Provide 24/7 support for emergency customer needs.
