Job Summary

A Business Support Officer role is available in a fast-paced working environment, requiring analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to ensure effective delivery of operations within the team.
* Prepare business documents, correspondence, briefing notes, and presentations.
* Assist in reviewing and updating resources, including template letters and customer service reference information.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Support with customer enquiries, Technology One processes, and tracking resolutions.
* Collaborate with Senior Business Support Officers and other business support staff across the division.

About You

You will have:

* Experience providing administrative assistance and preparing quality correspondence and documentation.
* Knowledge of administration practices and procedures.
* Strong organisational skills and work ethic, enabling autonomous work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs and ability to develop corporate system skills.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all organisational levels.
