Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure effective delivery of operations within the team.
* Prepare business documents, correspondence, briefing notes, and presentations.
* Assist in reviewing and updating resources, including template letters and customer service reference information.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Support with customer enquiries, Technology One processes, and tracking resolutions.
* Collaborate with Senior Business Support Officers and other business support staff across the division.
