About the Role
* Responsible for the success of our customers via the provision of relevant products and services that truly meet their financial and wealth needs.
* Drive growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
* Develop robust working relationships within the branch and work alongside the Branch Manager to deliver excellent holistic outcomes for customers.
* Community involvement is essential; attendance at out-of-hours community events may be required.
Location: Community Bank Bowral. Position: permanent, full time.
About You
* Experience in consumer and mortgage lending, assessing customer needs to tailor practical financial solutions.
* Previous experience holding a DLA is preferred.
* Drive business growth through customer acquisition and quality referrals.
* Demonstrated history of achieving strong sales results.
* Highly developed relationship building skills.
* Willingness to be involved with local community engagement activities.
* Effective communication with customers face to face and over the phone.
