Overview
Adecco are seeking an adaptable and motivated Operations Coordinator to join the busy team based in Wingfield. This is a hands-on coordination role where no two days are the same – you’ll be scheduling drivers, managing compliance paperwork, liaising with customers, and ensuring services are completed safely and efficiently. Working alongside two other coordinators, you’ll play an integral part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
This role starts as temporary with a view to permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily driver schedules across multiple service types
- Prepare and review compliance paperwork and run sheets
- Respond to customer calls regarding service changes, delays, or complaints
- Support drivers with routing while balancing autonomy and accountability
- Ensure all operations comply with safety, EPA, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Contribute positively to the team culture and workplace environment
Your Profile
- Previous experience in operations coordination, dispatching, or routing (industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to adapt to different personalities
- Good IT literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adelaide’s geography (desirable)
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to problem-solve in a rapid-paced environment
