Job Description
The role of a candidate-facing administrator involves providing support to electricians from initial contact through to site mobilization. As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with electrical consultants to manage candidate interactions and ensure seamless mobilization.
This position is focused on preparing electricians for job roles, utilizing organizational skills to maintain accurate records and facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Screening, registering, and conducting compliance checks on candidates
* Coordinating medicals, inductions, and site access requirements for electricians
* Managing paperwork and bookings related to mobilization
* Updating records in JobAdder and maintaining accurate candidate information
* Regularly communicating with candidates to provide updates, support, and a positive experience

Requirements
* Previous experience in administration, mobilization, or recruitment support
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and confidence when interacting with trades-based candidates
* A team-player mindset with ability to manage competing priorities
* Tech-savvy skills with MS Office and database systems (JobAdder experience an asset)
