Description:
* We are seeking a Network L2 professional with 3-7 years of experience, including at least 4 years of experience in deploying, implementing, and troubleshooting secure enterprise networks.
* The role emphasises hands-on work in network security, including
Palo Alto Firewalls, cloud security (Azure and AWS), and Wi-Fi security, with additional skills in routing, switching, and SD-WAN as desirable.
* Strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem resolution is essential.
Network Security Implementation & Support:
* Implement and support secure network solutions across
LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
* Deploy and manage
Palo Alto Firewalls, including VPN
configurations and security policies. Assist in configuring and maintaining network security controls in Azure and AWS environments.
* Ensure Wi-Fi security compliance by adhering to secure authentication and encryption standards.
* Operational Support & RCA Execute technical preparation and assist in validation for security-focused deployments.
* Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend security hardening measures.
* Implement processes for rapid response and problem management, ensuring effective troubleshooting and RCA for security incidents.
* Provide support during P1 security incidents, ensuring timely isolation and resolution. Collaboration & Continuous Learning Collaborate with implementation teams to deploy secure data centre and enterprise network solutions.
* Stay updated on new releases and features for Palo Alto, Azure, AWS, and Wi-Fi security technologies.
* Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to virtual communities focused on network security.
* Engage in continuous learning and capability development to enhance security troubleshooting and operational excellence.
Good-to-Have Skills:
* Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (Spanning Tree, VXLAN-EVPN).
* Experience with
Cisco Nexus series and Juniper MX480
for advanced switching.
* Required Expertise: 3+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in network security implementation and support.
* Hands-on experience with
Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN
technologies, and cloud security services.
* Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS network security configurations.
* Expertise in Wi-Fi security standards and enterprise wireless security solutions.
* Implement and support secure network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud environments. Deploy and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls.
