We are seeking a results-driven Audio-Visual Sales Consultant to join our Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will drive growth by developing and executing sales strategies across new and existing enterprise accounts, with at least half of opportunities self-sourced. Partnering with senior decision-makers, you will identify and deliver innovative AV and Digital Workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and customer experience. Working closely with internal technical and delivery teams, you will design tailored solutions that align with client goals and support long-term business transformation. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth within the enterprise sector. 
- Prospect and acquire new clients, while expanding opportunities within the existing customer base. 
- Engage and build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders. 
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent opportunity generation, ensuring at least 50% of new business is proactively sourced. 
- Partner with internal teams to design and deliver customised solutions that address customer needs. 
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by consistently closing new business opportunities. 
Required Skills & Experience: 
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and account management, ideally within the technology, Audio-Visual, or digital workplace solutions sector. 
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets. 
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities. 
- Skilled in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
- Strong sales acumen with expertise in business justification, negotiation, and closing techniques. 
Nice to have: 
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise solution sales, including hardware, software, and professional services. 
- Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships across complex organisations. 
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify, position, and sell transformative solutions.
