About the Role
Ace Hotel Sydney is expanding its team and seeking an experienced
Corporate Sales professional
to support growing client demand. This role blends
new business development
with
account management
, overseeing a portfolio of corporate, wholesale, and TMC accounts.
You'll be responsible for sourcing, converting, and negotiating group, corporate, and wholesale contracts to achieve revenue targets and drive overall business growth. Success in this role requires a proactive, well-planned approach to prospecting, strong negotiation skills, and comfort managing a diverse client base. Some client entertainment and industry events outside standard hours may be required.
About You
* You bring a passion for corporate and wholesale sales, with experience in a
5-star hotel or global sales environment
.
* You're driven by results, comfortable hunting for new business, and approach sales with curiosity and creativity.
* 3–4 years' corporate sales experience
* Hospitality industry experience (mandatory)
* Familiarity with systems such as
Delphi / Salesforce CRM
and
Agency360
is a plus
* Australian work rights required
We're open to experienced
Corporate Sales Managers
or
Sales Executives
