Our Client is seeking an IT Operations Management Account Executive to be responsible for creating, qualifying, developing and selling ITOM solutions. Utilising a consultative sales approach, you will lead with business value and engage both recent and existing clients. 
Responsibilities 
Provide intuitive, no-wait self-service through a single interface for business and IT users using automation and virtual agents – powered by machine learning. 
Shift to Full-Stack AIOps-based operations for automated discovery, monitoring, and remediation. 
Gain a clearer view of service health using patented algorithms and the OPTIC Data Lake to spot anomalies faster and transform volumes of data into actionable insights for faster problem resolution. 
Take a proactive, consistent approach to patch compliance, backups, and budget control across heterogeneous servers, databases, middleware, networks, and cloud services. 
Design and deploy on-demand, best-fit resources from traditional IT. From cloud-native, to hybrid; keeping your cloud strategy vendor-independent. 
Skills & Experience Required 
7+ year’s experience as an Account Executive delivering IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions across recent and existing clients. 
Directly related previous work experience a definite plus. IT Service Management; Enterprise Service Management; AIOps; Network Automation; Network Operations. 
University or Bachelor’s degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred or equivalent work experience. 
Experienced in following a sales methodology, in territory management, account development and opportunity management. 
Successful partner engagement experience. Works effectively with our partners to drive additional revenue.
